Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith represented Wild Wing Cafe franchisees in acquiring land for the construction of two new Wild Wing Cafe restaurants located in Statesboro and Pooler, Georgia, for a combined total of $1.27 million. The Statesboro location is expected to open during the first quarter of 2014, and the Pooler location is expected to open in the third quarter of 2014. Scurry and Smith provide exclusive national tenant representation for Wild Wing Cafe and are actively seeking new opportunities for Wild Wing Cafe for land for new construction or existing buildings for renovation.
Scurry, a vice president of Colliers International South Carolina, and Smith, brokerage associate, are a team specializing in the leasing and sales of retail properties. The team represents tenants, buyers and owners in acquisition, and disposition assignments.
