The challenge

We were retained to sell 4.4 MSF of an eight-building Class A warehouse and distribution facility portfolio in key national hubs. At 80 percent occupancy, the portfolio represented institutional-quality assets in key secondary markets.

The services

We executed a structured marketing program, identifying likely investors. Bidders toured the assets during a busy holiday season, with a required second round, multi-million dollar nonrefundable deposit in the event they were selected.

The results

Colliers completed the transaction within 90 days of assignment—before deadline and with a speed unprecedented for an asset of this size and scale.
