Seattle Multifamily Team

Team Overview

Colliers Seattle Multifamily Team specializes in helping investors buy, sell and develop apartment buildings in Seattle and the Puget Sound Region. We’ve brokered deals from $1 million to over $100 million, for buildings with 5 units to more than 500.

Our goal is to help you maximize your return on investment, whether that is selling your apartment building faster and for more money or ensuring your purchase is a sound investment; we believe in building a long-term relationship, not just brokering a transaction.

Services Offered

We take a modern approach to the brokerage business. We perform all of the traditional tasks associated with an apartment brokerage, plus provide added value to our clients with modern advisory practices and services.

• Sale of stabilized apartment buildings - 5 units to 500 units
• Off-market pursuits of pre-sale and stabilized apartment buildings
• Sale of development land - apartments and mixed use
• Strategic disposition of apartment portfolios
