Team Overview

The team of Dan Dahl and David Gurry brings over 37 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. The team specializes in downtown Seattle office leasing and investment sales and has facilitated some of the area’s largest and most complex transactions. They are consistently recognized as top performers in Seattle, having successfully negotiated in excess of 1,000 leases and sales, totaling more than five million square feet and $1 billion in consideration. This team is repeatedly hired because of their honesty, integrity, creativity and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” work ethic.

Dan and Dave are founding members of the Urban Landlord Partners (ULP) Practice Group. ULP is a group of the top brokers in the major west coast markets who specialize in institutional landlord representation. ULP members meet with institutional investors annually to help their clients forecast trends, budget and underwrite. The ULP Group meets weekly to discuss active tenants and investors.

Dan Dahl is a Senior Vice President at Colliers where he specializes in downtown Seattle office leasing and investment sales.   Dan has over 23 years of industry experience and is consistently recognized as a top-performer.  Dan provides strategic real estate advice, market insight, and marketing solutions to ensure his client’s needs are met with tailored results.  As a result, Dan has negotiated lease and sales transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet, representing local and institutional clients who include Prudential, UBS, Invesco, Metzler North America, Union Investment, Meriwether Partners, Goodman Real Estate, Legacy Partners, KBS Realty and Pinnacle Commercial.  

David Gurry, Senior Vice President

David Gurry is a Senior Vice President at Colliers where he specializes in downtown Seattle office leasing and investment sales.  David is a top-performer in the industry and brings over 16 years of commercial real estate experience.  He is a strategic negotiator who approaches each deal with his client’s best interest in mind.  David has negotiated lease and sales transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet, representing local and institutional clients who include Prudential, UBS, Invesco, Metzler North America, Union Investment, Meriwether Partners, Goodman Real Estate, Legacy Partners, KBS Realty and Pinnacle Commercial.
