SeaPoint Industrial Terminal Complex consists of ±365 usable acres of land located in Chatham County, GA. The property is a fully entitled location approved for Industrial Land Use including: Manufacturing, Assembly, Warehousing, Distribution, R&D Complex, and Intermodal Inland Port or Logistics Center.

SeaPoint ITC will provide a range of services and infrastructure which makes it a site unlike any other in the Eastern United States. SeaPoint has a private deep-water terminal along the Savannah River, is the closest berth on the Savannah River to the Atlantic Ocean (mile marker 12), and has dual rail service, served by CSX and Norfolk Southern.
