Design a strategy to reposition the property in the marketplace. Address the deferred maintenance concerns while keeping the expenses low. Create a unique marketing effort to acquire more tenants in a slow economy.

RESULTS
Repositioned the property in the marketplace. Brought the property to 85% occupancy within three months. Established a value for the asset, negotiated leases, aided owner in its renovations/upgrades of interiors, minimal out of pocket expenses for property owner. Provided references for repairs, maintenance, etc.
