A core portion of our business is supporting investors as they make strategic decisions to grow their revenue and increase the size of their multifamily portfolio.  Our expertise includes a variety of multifamily investment types including market rate, student housing, affordable housing, fractured condominiums and distressed communities. We work with all types of clients including private investors, institutional investors, funds, REIT’s, TIC ownerships and financial institutions.

The Group has a proven track record of closing difficult transactions and has the ability to move capital across state lines. The size and depth of our contacts allow us to create a market for even the most complex properties. We have qualified and closed transactions with local buyers as well as buyers throughout the United States and Internationally.

We are members of CMAG (Colliers Multifamily Advisory Group) and we collaborate nationally and internationally with the Colliers multifamily and investment services teams as well as outside brokerage companies.
