The Challenge

The consistent and strong relationship that Colliers has created and consolidated with investors, has led him to confront situations to demonstrate the ability and knowledge of our experts. That is why the company Rodano sought Colliers for representation to get the purchase of a commercial space, intending to establish a dealership.  

The strategy 

Colliers Querétaro was given the task to investigate and expose the appropriate options that would cover the requirements suggested by the customer. Finally it gave a commercial space located in resort Q7001 with an area of ​​250 m2, obtaining a discount agreed with the managers of the place in order to make a cash payment.  The process was affected later on by administrative matters, after some changes occurred within management area, blocking the sale of the space. Over a period of a month and fifteen days this space was available again for sale.   

The results 

The trading was resumed; however, the developer rejected the proposals that had previously been agreed since lack of evidence, knowledge and information of the existence of agreements, coupled with the increase in the total amount established, because of the moves due to the change of month.  The operation became complicated with the investor and that there were changes in the arrangements, but the negotiation was rescued and the sale of the property was achieved because of the security and performance that the investment will produce, and how professional the parties involved in it, were expressed.

 Because of the good communication that existed between them, they achieved the transaction and create a productive relation with which they obtained goals and consolidated profits.
