January 5, 2014 [Mechanicsburg, PA] - Colliers International recently concluded a five-year 10,300-square-foot lease to ArjoHuntleigh, Inc. in the Upper Allen Business Park at 381 Independence Avenue, Mechanicsburg, PA. ArjoHuntleigh is relocating their Harrisburg operation to the West Shore in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Colliers International’s Harrisburg and Chicago offices teamed up to represent ArjoHuntleigh (Harrisburg team: William Aiello, George Lulos and Larry Kostelac; Chicago team: Thomas Berarducci, John Noonan and David Burgen).
