7150 Westfield Avenue Pennsauken NJPennsauken, New Jersey — March 27,2015 - Colliers International’s Southern New Jersey team of Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner recently represented the Bloom Organization in the sale of their 27,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 7150 Westfield Avenue in Pennsauken, New Jersey for $1.3M.

The buyer, Berry & Homer, a provider of visual communications solutions servicing the tradeshow and commercial signage markets decided to relocate their business from Philadelphia to Pennsauken to take advantage of the tax credit incentive offered through the “Grow New Jersey” program. Their application was awarded with $3.1M.

The buyer, Physical and Tactical Healthcare Services, LLC (PATHS), was recently awarded an incentive package by the New Jersey Economic Development Association (NJEDA) related to the Economic Opportunity Act of 2013. The building was ideal for PATHS because of the proximity to their current Cherry Hill facility as well as the abundant amount of parking spaces.

The “Grow New Jersey” program has boosted commercial real estate activity substantially in this area. Isdaner and Richman have helped numerous buyers successfully relocate while taking advantage of excellent incentive opportunities. This is the seventh building the team has sold in the last twelve months (with over twenty sales in Pennsauken since 2012).
