Jeff AlgattJanuary 19, 2015 [Philadelphia, PA] - Colliers International | Philadelphia is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Algatt to the Investment Division. Jeff brings an extensive breadth of experience in commercial real estate, and will specialize in helping Colliers clients with their acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and net leased investments. He will be based in our Conshohocken office.

Jeff has 40 years of experience, the most recent 15 years with Marcus & Millichap serving as Regional Manager of the Philadelphia and St. Louis offices and as a Senior Associate in brokerage. His other positions with a national accounting firm, a regional home builder, a real estate holding company, private developers, his own real estate services firm, and an offshore real estate investment fund, give him a unique perspective across the full spectrum of real estate strategy, development, acquisition/disposition, management and operations. From a transactional standpoint, Jeff has performed or directly supervised over 500 closed transactions with an aggregate value approaching $2 Billion.

Jeff earned his MBA and BS degrees from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. He has been active in commercial real estate professional organizations, such as the Urban Land Institute, and the TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance - of which he is a co-founder and past president. Presently, he serves the NAIOP Greater Philadelphia chapter as a director and chair of its government affairs committee. Jeff has been a guest speaker at the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, and Temple University Law School, and has served as a moderator and panelist at RealShare, CPN, ACRES, IREM, and CCIM conferences.
