March 11, 2015 [Allentown, Lehigh County, PA] - Derek Zerfass of Colliers International in Allentown recently secured a 2,640-square-foot retail lease on behalf of his client, Wingstop. This will be Wingstop’s first foray into the Lehigh Valley market.
The new 51-seat store will be located at the CVS-anchored strip center at 16th & Liberty Streets in Allentown. The site, formerly Gyro’s Queen, underwent significant renovations including new flooring, lighting, walls, furniture, kitchen equipment and aviation-themed décor. It will offer catering and online ordering as well. The store is expected to open mid to late March, just in time for March Madness.
Wingstop offers fresh, cooked-to-order chicken including traditional wings and boneless strips – all sauced and tossed in 11 original flavors, as well as house-made fries and sides. The Dallas-based chain was established in 1994 and has 700+ locations across the globe, but just two others locally – Philadelphia & Pittsburg. Visit them on the web at wingstop.com.
