October 18, 2016 [Mount Laurel, NJ] – October 6, 2016 – Colliers International in Southern New Jersey concluded the investment sale of Laurelwood Corporate Center, a well-located and professionally maintained Class A office 81,577 rentable squarefeet. It is situated on a corner-signaled site at busy Haddonfield-Berlin and Laurel Oak Road. The buyer, an entity related to Interstate Commercial Real Estate, Inc., has retained Colliers as its leasing agent.
