Swedesboro, NJ - [February 15, 2017]– 510 Heron Drive in Swedesboro has traded for $3.52 million, in early January in a sale orchestrated by the Parsippany, N.J. office of Colliers Inter-national Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CIGI, TSX:CIG). Amerco Real Estate Company, an affiliate of U-Haul, purchased the three, multi-tenant flex buildings, comprised of 126,251-square-feet, from Starwood Property Trust, Inc. with LNR Property LLC as Manager.

The investment sales team led by Jacklene Chesler, senior managing director, advised the seller and secured the buyer for 510 Heron Drive. The Colliers brokerage team included Jonathan Schlussel, Evan Zweben and Christina Del Duca.

510 Heron Drive is one of only two flex properties located in the Pureland Industrial Complex, New Jersey's largest industrial park and one of the ten largest in the U.S. The three buildings at 510 Heron Drive are situated on 10.56 acres and feature 21 loading docks and 5 drive-in doors. Approximately 57 percent of the property is currently leased. The location, off I-295 in Gloucester County, is ideal, with Philadelphia and Wilmington 20 minutes away. Major metro areas, including Baltimore, New York, and Washington D.C. can be reached within two hours.
