January 3, 2017 [Pennsauken, NJ] – Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Hill-Rom’s 114,000-square-foot facility in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The property located at 1700 Suckle Highway was purchased by Edison Lithograph and Printing, a printing company specializing in wide format and high volume printing.
Edison is expanding from their Northern New Jersey location. The Grow NJ incentives were part of its decision to relocate to Pennsauken, as was the excellent access this site provides to Philadelphia and major highways in Southern New Jersey. Hill Rom relocated neaby to a renovated facility in Moorestown, NJ owned by Mack Cali.
The property is a single-story, fully air-conditioned, industrial/office building situated on 7.69 acres. The building features an 18’ clear ceiling height, tailgate and drive-in loading, abundant parking, heavy power, and highway frontage on Route 130.
