Colliers International recently concluded the sale of a 43,800-square-foot industrial building at 4415 Marlton Pike in Pennsauken, NJ. The Colliers Southern New Jersey team of Marc Isdaner and Ian Richman represented the seller, 4415 Marlton Associates, LLC. The property was purchased by Global Track Property USA, Inc., represented by Rob Powell of NAI Mertz.
4415 Marlton Pike is a single-tenant free-standing warehouse facility that features approximately 6,000 square feet of office space, 20' ceilings, and both tailgate and drive-in loading. The property will serve as a new distribution facility for Global Track Property USA, who manufactures rubber tracks commonly found on heavy equipment machinery.
This is the second industrial building sold in Pennsauken by Isdaner and Richmon in many weeks. Cumulatively, the industrial duo has completed 19 sales in the Pennsauken submarket since 2012.
