March 21, 2016 [Philadelphia, PA] - Colliers International in Philadelphia, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today the addition of Stephen Cooper as Senior Managing Director to our N.E. Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group (L&TSG).
Mr. Cooper brings more than 38 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. He spent the past 28+ years with Cushman & Wakefield where he was the senior director responsible for corporate accounts, consulting, and advisory services, land and building acquisitions and dispositions. He was the leading industrial producer in the Pennsylvania office since 1988 and was the Top Industrial Producer in 2013, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2002, 2000, 1999, 1998, 1997, 1994 and 1993. He was on C&W’s Executive Committees for the Industrial group and the Global Supply Chain Services specialty practice group. He and his team completed transactions totaling more than 43 million square feet and $1.6 Billion in transaction value. In this role, Steve will work closely with Michael Zerbe and Mark Chubb to continue to grow the team’s presence with both occupiers and owners in the Lehigh Valley and Central and Northeast Pennsylvania.
Mr. Cooper is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, along with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He is a member of the Tri-State Commercial and Industrial Association of Realtors, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Association, Scranton Plan, Harrisburg Regional Chamber, Hazelton EDC, and sits on the Radnor Township Planning Commission.
