March 20, 2015 [Philadelphia, PA] - Colliers International | Philadelphia is pleased to announce that Clive G. Mendelow, FRICS has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director – Corporate Solutions. With an industry career spanning over 30 years, Mendelow is recognized as having expertise in global corporate real estate services including the economic alignment of corporate strategies and objectives with the corporate real estate portfolio.
He has vast experience in the area of tenant representation including corporate headquarters projects, having worked with Fortune 500 companies, universities, institutions, and other prestigious firms. Mendelow, who is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), has travelled the world extensively in the service of global clients. He will be based in the Philadelphia Headquarters office.

Clive comes to Colliers International from Binswanger where he provided real estate services to national and multinational corporations for their worldwide operations. During his tenure there, he led numerous successful projects with prestigious clients including St. Gobain, Johnson & Johnson, Shell, Motorola, University of Pennsylvania, and Drexel University.

Clive earned his BA and LL.B degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, where he was also an adjunct lecturer in Company law. He also studied at the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business. He practiced first as an attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa, and later as a Barrister at The Johannesburg Bar.
He has been an active speaker and guest of several organizations including the Urban Land Institute’s International Council. He has been a four-time “round-table” participant for Chief Executive Magazine.
