Safety and Health at Work (OSH) is a comprehensive discipline aimed at preventing injuries and work-related diseases, and maintaining the highest levels of health and physical and mental well-being of workers.
The Regulation of Law No. 30222 -Law on Safety and Health at Work- was adopted as per D.S. 006-2014-TR. This Law, in force since August 21, 2011, aims to promote a culture of occupational risk prevention by the employers and workers involved, in order to avoid damage to health, accidents, disability and death of workers.
This Law is applicable and binding on all economic and service sectors. It applies to all subordinate workers, to young people in training mode and independent workers attending the company, including intermediation and labor outsourcing employees.
