Keeping the client's name confidential in the initial search process to avoid increase in price due to the client being a recognized brand.

STRATEGY
An in-depth analysis of each area was made, creating a proposal of commercial options that were available in commercial Strip Mall projects.

SERVICES
The tenant representation and research services were offered, where a complete search of all the options available in the area of ​​interest was conducted.
A location analysis was offered to determine the following aspects: population density, purchasing power, real estate development projections in the area, and mix of tenants in the plaza.

RESULTS
The space was found successfully at an acceptable price; and throughout negotiation an outstanding free rent period was achieved, something quite atypical to the current market.
