CHALLENGE
US Bank, at the time - StarBank, was looking to re-energize the US Bank Tower located in Downtown Cincinnati. The Landlord wanted a refreshed and renewed marketing strategy with a larger firm that knew the right people to complete renewals and reach out to potential new tenants.

STRATEGY
Richard Meder and John Schenk put spirit back into US Bank Tower. They refreshed the marketing campaign and increased awareness of the available office space. Meder and Schenk reached out to current tenants regarding expansions and renewals and were able to renew Taft, the largest tenant at the time.

SERVICES
Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati began its relationship with US Bank in 1999. Since winning the business, Colliers has provided Landlord Representation for the US Bank Tower in Downtown Cincinnati as well as represented US Bank on a corporate level at other properties throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.

RESULTS
The continuity of the Colliers team as well as the client has allowed for a growing relationship that developed into corporate commercial work.
US Bank Tower has increased tenancy and completed several renewals and expansions. In 2003, Colliers International Greater Cincinnati moved into the 12th Floor of US Bank Tower.
