The challenge was to develop a marketing strategy to differentiate the Red Bank Crossing medical office space from others in the area and successfully generate lease transactions for 70,000 square feet of medical office space. 

The Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati office team developed a marketing campaign to brand these properties as the “Red Bank Medical Corridor” within the Greater Cincinnati medical community. The team marketed the properties to specific user groups of potential medical and corporate tenants.

The two buildings total more than 70,000 square feet of Class A office space in the Red Bank Medical Corridor and offer direct access to two interstates, I-71 and US-50, via a new traffic signal. The buildings offer tenant suites starting at 1,200 square feet and can be custom designed in coordination with the building architect. Both properties were developed, leased and managed in partnership with Neyer Properties, Inc.

As a result of the Colliers International | Greater Cincinnati office team, Building I was 100% leased and as a result of pre-lease commitments, Building II was 75% leased before construction on the building was completed.
