– Continuing to steadily expand its diverse brokerage team in New York, Colliers International has hired Robert Gallucci
as Executive Director.
At Colliers, Gallucci will focus on business development. He will bring new opportunities to the firm and play a strategic role in developing the company brand in the New York metropolitan area.
Gallucci comes to Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as a Senior Director with 18 years of experience at the firm, in both a national and international spectrum.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Gallucci served in an array of capacities. He provided both tenant and landlord representation, having supported a diversified tenant clientele, as well as several building agencies. He also cultivated new relationships with tenants and landlords across the United States, with an emphasis on the tri-state region.
Over the course of his career, Gallucci has worked with prominent clients such as Starbucks Corporation, Einhorn Yaffee Prescott, HanesBrands, Dechert LLP, Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Inc., Purch, KBS Realty Advisors, Shorenstein Properties, and The Wittkoff Group, among many others.

Gallucci holds a B.A. in communication studies from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Young Men & Women’s Real Estate Association. He also serves as an active board member of the American Heart Association, and is a member of Cope Organization.
