NEW YORK, NY – August 20, 2015
– Colliers International
has arranged a long-term, 17,000-square-foot lease at 469 Seventh Avenue, with digital pharmaceutical marketing firm Intouch Solutions Inc. taking the entire 10th floor.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in the Kansas City area, Intouch Solutions is a privately held marketing agency specializing in solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The firm, with more than 650 employees, and offices in Chicago and New York, will move into its new space at 469 7th Avenue this month.
This lease is the second new media tenant to sign in the building this summer. Intouch Solutions follows Situation Interactive, a digital agency which recently signed a long-term lease for the entire 13th floor.
“The Garment District has completed reinvented itself, attracting a diversity of tenants we had never seen before,” said Eric Meyer
, a Senior Managing Director with Colliers International Tri-State, who along with Vice Chairman Marty Meyer arranged the lease on behalf of the building ownership. “Advertising, marketing, and digital media companies are increasingly taking space in the Garment District because of its central location, 24/7 activity, and wealth of shopping, hotels, and nightlife. The Garment District is one of the hottest Manhattan neighborhoods.”
The property at 469 7th Avenue is owned by Eric and Marty Meyer, and Dan Shavolian, of Foremost Real Estate. Brian Neugeboren and Mark Schoen, of Savitt Partners, represented Intouch Solutions in the new transaction.
The 267,000-square-foot 469 Seventh Avenue is set at the southeast corner of West 36th Street, with convenient access to transportation, including Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Additional tenants in the building include small accounting firms, advertising agencies, and administrative offices and meeting rooms for the New York City Police Department’s Manhattan South Traffic Enforcement division.
