NEW YORK, NY – April 2, 2015
– As part of its expanding Tri-State platform, Colliers International
has hired Franklin Wallach
as Senior Director, Research, in the New York office.
In his new role with Colliers International, Wallach will focus on analyzing changes within the Manhattan office leasing market and will provide detailed reports on emerging trends, while working with brokers and their clients. Wallach also joins John Obeid and Kathryn Kelley, who last year joined Colliers in similar roles in the New Jersey and Connecticut operations, respectively.
Prior to joining Colliers, Wallach was a Senior Research Analyst for CBRE’s Downtown Manhattan office.

Frank is an important component to our expansion.”
Wallach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Adelphi University and an M.A.T. in Adolescent Education/Social Sciences from the University of Tampa.
