NEW YORK, NY – March 5, 2015 – Colliers International has further expanded its New York City operations with the addition of Frank Lynch as Managing Director.

In his new role, Lynch will be responsible for the office’s business development activity, implementation of Colliers’ strategic platform, property operations, and delivery of third party management services for properties in New York City.

Prior to joining Colliers, Lynch was Senior Property Manager at Tishman Speyer Properties, where he was responsible for the operation of a one million-square-foot office property. He also developed a regional electricity sub-metering audit program that was designed to document all tenant usage, identify opportunities to increase ENERGY STAR ratings and formalize budgeting techniques.

Previously Lynch was Portfolio Manager at Trinity Real Estate, where he was instrumental in training and developing the property management team during a multi-year transformation of a 5.5 million-square-foot portfolio from light industrial to commercial office. He also worked closely with the Director of Leasing to seal transactions with major tenants such as MTV, WCBS Radio, WNYC Radio, David Yurman, and Post Works.

Throughout his career Lynch has worked with other major clients including Credit Suisse, Fisher Brothers, Lockheed Martin, The Durst Organization, Cohen Brothers and Tishman Speyer.

“Frank joins us with strengths in several key areas such as team leadership, property operations, engineering and energy efficiency initiatives, financial reporting, and capital improvement project management,” said Joseph Harbert, President of Colliers International’s Eastern Region. “Frank has been instrumental in the success of several prominent real estate companies. We look forward to having him on our team.”

Lynch received a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York at Maritime College. He is a member of Building Owners and Managers (BOMA).
