continues to expand its New York City operations with the additions of Nick Chin
as Associate Director, and Sam Einhorn
and Gary Shukhat
“With their diverse professional backgrounds, these three promising individuals are certain to make strong contributions to the Colliers team,” said Kim Brennan, Chief Operating Officer of Colliers International’s Tri-State Region. “We are excited to add them to our highly accomplished brokerage and consulting teams."
Nick Chin will serve as an Associate Director in the Financial Analytics group, which is part of Colliers’ consulting division. Chin brings a strong background in financial analysis and real estate, having previously served as a Financial Analyst at BlackRock. Prior to BlackRock, he worked as a Financial Analyst for Brixmor Property Group. Chin holds a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University.
Associate Sam Einhorn will concentrate on tenant representation as a member of a Colliers brokerage team led by industry veterans James Emden and Peter Simel. Most recently, Einhorn served in the marketing department at Columbia Records, where three of his album releases debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200. He had previously held operational and marketing positions at Warner Brothers Music and AOL Music. Einhorn received a B.S. in Music Industry from Northeastern University and also attended Horace Mann School in the Bronx.
Gary Shukhat will focus on both landlord and tenant representation as an Associate working with Director Dmitry Levkov, who, like Shukhat, came to commercial brokerage from Wall Street. Shukhat previously served as a Senior Trade Analyst for KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he worked on the 575 Fifth Avenue Equity and Fixed Income Trade Floor, and as a trader in equity markets at Goldman Sachs. He received degrees in Finance and Computer Science from Baruch College, and was previously a professional hockey player for the Florida Panthers.
