Q. What drew you to Colliers International initially?
A. The teamwork the company has, its environment and all the it offers to develop your work.

Q. Describe your typical day at Colliers International.
A. Usually, the first hours of the day are focused on answering emails, pending calls and following dates with customers. Then, on the afternoons after the lunch I try to schedule all the presentations for new customers, prospecting and general administrative activities inside the office.

Q. Where do you see Colliers International being in 3 years? How are you going to help us get there?
A. The most important element is to continue gaining market share and stay on the top 3 companies in a permanent way. In order to get there, we need our office to be more stable and mature as well as a consolidated team. Right now we are on that process and probably on less than 3 years we’ll be able to reach that goal.

Q. What do you do when you're not working?
a. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the movies, playing golf, and rest with a relaxation time away from the intense activity of the week.
