In 2009, we rolled out the Vendor Management Program to analyze services and leverage cost savings. By dividing the metro area properties into sub-markets and sending a standardized RFP to the top prequalified vendors we are able to select a single vendor for each area based on competitive pricing and industry service history. Accordingly, we are afforded vendor/supplier discounts based on volume purchases through a select group of contractors. We have done business with many of these favored contractors for more than ten years.

We are able to take further advantage of group pricing discounts. through our affiliation/membership with BOMA, IREM, IFMA and other related organizations.

Any discount, rebate or other cost savings that we realize is (100%) passed directly on to the property.
