To find a property with class A offices on the Insurgentes corridor with a leaseable size of 1,000 m2. The challenge consisted on suggesting a building with the required characteristics that had a condominium regime since the most of this buildings are patrimonial investments.

A constant communication happened with the client and also a very often update regarding market information existed achieving in this way to have the trust on Colliers.

Derived from the marketing campaigns and calls to detect needs of the seller prospects, the attention of an investment group was attracted and they were willing to create a condominium regime with the purpose of moving forward with the negotiation and with the closing of the transaction.

In this way an attractive and fair Price for both parties was agreed, our client (the buyer) had the conviction to buy a bigger space (2,232 m2) than he was requesting originially.

Today it exists the possibility of being part of the leasing process of the floors that the user (the buyer) will not use.

- Superficie: 2,232m2

“What impressed us most about Colliers was their combination of national market coverage and extensive connections for both brokerage and state-of-the-art property management systems.”
