Garry Cuff joined Colliers International in 2010 as Vice President of the Multi-Family and Investment Division. His distinguished career in real estate includes years working in acquisition and disposition of apartment complexes and condominium units, as well as land acquisition and development, and condominium conversions.

Garry’s knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry have given him the opportunity to work with such corporate clients as R.C. Willey Home Furnishings, Orion Residential, Starwood Capital, and Auction.com. He has also represented the State of Nevada Housing Division. Garry has worked on wide range of transactions including a $238,000,000 apartment portfolio sale.

Jeff Naseef joined the Investment Services & Multifamily Division at Colliers International in 2011. In the last 18 months Jeff has assisted with the facilitation of over $200 million dollars in transactions. His primary responsibilities include the creation of property marketing materials, sustaining web-based data reports and supporting client communication. Creating and implementing the marketing campaigns for all team projects, assists with property tours and supports the administrative needs of the clients as well as the team. Jeff is responsible for all business development and marketing needs for the team. This includes coordinating the creation and distribution of all marketing materials, sending weekly marketing updates to the clients, managing the client database and assisting with the due diligence process.

Sandra’s primary role is client relationships, ensuring clients’ needs are fully met and that they are aware of the current market conditions and opportunities. Her dedication to the team’s clients and hands-on personal approach has helped create long-lasting business relationships with Institutional and Private Investors, Landlords, Tenants, and Financial Institutions. Sandra also reviews all Purchase Contacts, Legal Documentation, Listing Agreements, and 3rd Party Due Diligence Reports such as Property Condition Reports and Title and Surveys. In addition, Sandra assists in the rent and sale comps market analysis before the team brings new listings to the market.
