CHALLENGE

To find a better location to carry out specific projects with different assembly plant in central Mexico. We made the research market investigation for the client, so they can evaluate between Puebla, Tlaxcala, Bajio, Estado de Mexico and Toluca. Once the location building was defined, there was a competition for the project with different developers for a little over a year. An important challenge was the culture, because the management team by the tenant for the most part were Italian.

RESULTS

The contract was signed for a lease of 10 years, a building of 195,818.69 sq. ft. in industrial park Toluca, Lerma Mexico State and in September 2016 they signed an expansion of 152,947 sq. ft. Giving a total of occupied space of 348,765.69 sq. ft.
