John Jackson is a Vice President of Investment Sales in the Sacramento office of Colliers International. 
John provides powerful financial analysis and expertise to his clients due to his unique experience and skills. He has a strong background in investment sales transactions and capital markets, which makes him particularly adept at financial modeling and analysis.  He has managed 650,000 SF of office, retail and industrial projects for a local developer, which gives him firsthand knowledge of true management and operational costs.  He has deep connections with financial and development industry experts throughout the region and regularly interacts with them to stay current. 
This combination of John’s up to the minute assumptions, quality financial inputs, and sophisticated analysis allows for him to strategize from the most accurate picture of the asset as possible.
In addition to the foregoing, John has also worked in dispositions and leasing activity for national and regional service groups such as Agilent Technologies and Vision Service Plan (VSP) in the Sacramento market.
