About The Team

Robert Selton, CEO/Principal

Mr. Selton is President and CEO of Colliers International Northeast Florida and has over 17 years experience in the commercial real estate arena. He provides a variety of strategic real estate services and specializes in commercial sales and leasing of Office and Industrial properties in the North Florida market.

Scott Rogers

Scott Rogers specializes in investment sales servicing sellers of office, warehouse and retail multi-tenant and single-tenant properties along the Atlantic coastline from Charleston to Jacksonville. Scott has sold to a number of national and regional institutional and private equity firms that seek core plus, core and value-add opportunities across the Southeast. He is a regional expert within Colliers in a variety of investment sales transactions.

Ernie Saltmarsh

Ernie works on the Investment Services Team, working with buyers who are looking to invest in commercial real estate and sellers who are looking to dispose of investment assets. In his first two years of brokerage, Ernie was involved in the sale of over $30M in commercial real estate, with a majority of those transactions being income producing retail or medical properties. Ernie's background in research, marketing and finance provide the vital skills necessary to serve his clients.

Douglas Blair, MSW

Douglas joined Colliers in 2001 where he was hired as Director of Research to develop & implement a Research Department. He entered into investment sales analysis and development consulting specializing in commercial and residential land for development. He also engaged in conducting staff and agent trainings on resources and procedures to the due diligence process as well as staff training on the use of software applications and internet resources.

Bradley Coe, MBA, MRE

Dating back to 1996, Brad has fostered a successful career in multiple facets of the multifamily investment sector. Brad’s expertise includes multifamily property sales and investment services, multifamily land acquisition and sales, land and development analysis, sourcing and placement of equity and debt for real estate transactions, and joint-ventures.  Brad specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties in the North Florida Region. 

Jason Ryals

Jason has over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate in North East Florida. He has completed over $150,000,000 in transactions in his carreer. His brokerage activities are focused on Tenant representation and expansion for National and Regional restaurant and retail chains, outparcel marketing and asset disposition.

Morgan Williams, MAI

Morgan began her commercial real estate career in 2003 as an appraiser with experience across all asset types within the North Florida region.  In 2013 she joined Colliers as a Valuation Specialist, where she concentrated on multifamily assets throughout Florida, including Market Rate, LIHTC properties, Student Housing and Fractured Interest Condominium Projects.  She transitioned to the brokerage team in early 2016 in order to expand the company’s growing multifamily platform.


Madison Manuel

Madison moved to Jacksonville, FL after graduating from the University of Florida to begin working in commercial real estate marketing. She joined Colliers International as a  Client Services Coordinator, bringing two years of  real estate marketing experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Marketing and Communications, with a minor in Political Science Campaigns.
