The challenge

Colliers had a very short deadline to work with on this assignment. The client was moving into the market and needed a local expert to help  them choose a space that fit their southeast distribution operations of award and trophy parts.

The strategy

Colliers began the assignment by completing a market study to identify any and all properties that could work for our clients very special needs, that were currently available in the market. Bart ensured that every potential option was explored, so as to make sure we presented every viable opportunity to the client.  Properties that would not work were eliminated and narrowed to a short list of potential candidates.

The services

This was a Multi-City Assignment (MCA), originating from the Colliers Chicago office. Bart Hinson worked closely with Mark Maguire and Kevin Hatcher to service the client. Bart’s services included consulting the client on what locations would be the best fit for their business operations and guided the client through the process locally.

The results

Colliers successfully represented the Tenant, Plastic Dress Up Company in a 47,500 SF lease with a five year lease term.
