    Colliers International on behalf of the landlord, Southwest Texas (Clinton) Industrial Park, has leased three distribution spaces in Clinton Industrial Park to three separate tenants. 12,735 square feet at 7241 Clinton Drive was leased to Stone Paving USA, with Mike Quint of Jackson Cooksey representing the tenant. 36,560 square feet at 7201 Clinton was leased to Mantua Manufacturing Co. and 10,820 square feet at 7139 Clinton was leased to CD Polytech. Walter Menuet of Colliers International represented the landlord in all three transactions. After a third of the space was vacated earlier this year (all due to the need for expansion), Colliers was quickly able to backfill the space and the park is now 100% leased.

    Colliers International announces its recent disposition of the Hudson Products Building, a 26,230 square-foot office building on 2.36 acres, at 1307 Soldiers Field Drive in Sugar Land, Texas. The seller, SLGD of Texas, LLC, was represented by Kolbe Curtice and Corbin Janssen of Colliers International's Fort Bend office. The purchaser, Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, was represented by Marshall Clinkscales, Greg Cizik and Edward Edson of Colliers International's Houston office. Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, which will occupy the entire building, is a not-for-profit financial cooperative with over 170,000 members and more than $2.0 billion in assets. The company is the fourth largest credit union in Texas and the largest in the Houston area, with 32 service locations and 25 branches.
