Colliers International North Texas announces multifamily veteran brokers Bob Helterbran, CCIM and Mark Glen Freeman have joined the firm. They have teamed with Colliers’ Houston-based Principle Teresa Lowery to enhance the Texas institutional multifamily advisory platform, Colliers Texas Multifamily Group (CTMG).   The Team will provide a full-range of multifamily advisory services for individual and portfolio assets located in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin.

Combined, Helterbran, Freeman and Lowery bring more than 57 years of experience in commercial real estate and have been involved in over $5 billion of investment property sales. Their wide client network includes:     Archon Residential, Bank of America, Camden Property Trust, Gables Residential, Equity Residential, Fairfield Residential, G.E., LNR, Ocwen and UDR.

Prior to joining Colliers, Helterbran was a Senior Vice President in the Investment Service Group – Multifamily at Grubb & Ellis and Freeman was a Senior Vice President at Transwestern. Before Helterbran’s tenure at Grubb & Ellis, he worked with Freeman at Transwestern as a senior member of the Multifamily Investment Sales division.  Lowery has been with Colliers more than 12 years and served as the 2013 National Multifamily Director. She has completed $2.5 billion in multifamily sales during her 30 -year career.
