The industrial project, a first for the company in the Houston market, will be co-developed with Generation Commercial Properties, a commercial real estate developer and project management firm based in Austin, Texas.

Located on 19 acres of land at 431 Airtex Drive in Houston, the project features a rear load facility with 30-foot clear height, ample car and trailer parking and ESFR sprinklers. Additionally, the project's convenient location at I-45 and Airtex Drive grants immediate access to Beltway 8 and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Marketed by Mike Taetz, Bill Byrd and Ryan Byrd of Colliers International, the project is scheduled for completion in fall 2014. Previous Molto Properties' projects include roughly four million square feet with properties in Illinois and California.
