Colliers recognizes that the healthcare industry has unique attributes that affect all aspects of real estate and facilities management, including financial and reimbursement structure, regulatory compliance requirements and governmental approval processes. As the industry continues to consolidate through mergers and acquisitions, we also know that healthcare providers are centralizing real estate management into corporate management structures, with increasing sophistication and controls, so need more integrated real estate services. To respond to these needs, Colliers developed an internal structure that distinguishes brokers with advanced expertise and experience in healthcare real estate as Fellows. This select group receives focused training, tools and development to continue to advance their skills, to network across the healthcare service line and to provide expertise nationally to healthcare clients.
