Sanofi SA de CV requires the services of Colliers to assess the possibility of receiving a payment in a building located in Guadalajara Industrial Park. There was an urgency to make a decision and a study of income in the area and an opinion of value were made. Derived from this is decided to receive the property and proceeded to promote a high price considering the low supply of properties.
