Avnet of Mexico through its offices in the city of Guadalajara and its headquarters in located in Phoenix Arizona is looking for locations in Guadalajara, preferably close to its current headquarters in Tlaquepaque.

Due to the exponential growth that the company is currently having , we were asked a specific search options that meet their needs , technology , and parking services for their employees, and the area near its current headquarters a major search area for its new offices . The aim was both corporate spaces like industrial spaces that could offer such services.

It´s not the first time the Colliers International brand and work together , as it has a Tenant Rep worldwide.


The requirement trying to meet customer needs is analyzed in terms of area , square meters , aspect of the location, parking , services, etc. 
The best options, among which are two main assail, taken into account as (Building
Perfect Choice ) Option A and Option B ( PIT 2 cellar 4) were presented. The option was rejected because of the location and the difficulties to be an easy negotiation to digest. Thanks to the experience in this business Hines could realize with the negotiations.
