    Phoenix, October 26, 2017 – Dunlap Falls apartments at 3333 W. Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix sold for $22.6 million. The community was purchased by two California-based partnerships as their first acquisition in the Arizona market. Bill Hahn, Trevor Koskovich, Jeff Sherman and Jesse Hudson of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix handled the transaction.

    Phoenix, October 18, 2017 – Colliers International reports Greater Phoenix industrial market continues to surge with activity, posting strong net absorption and driving vacancy lower. The metro area continues attracting industrial tenants, resulting in a surge of leasing and a drop of vacancy. Net absorption exceeded 1.8 million square feet during third quarter.

  • Colliers International Reports Strong Third Quarter Drives Retail Vacancy Down

    Phoenix, October 17, 2017 – Colliers International reports Greater Phoenix posted a very strong third quarter in the retail real estate sector, with highest net absorption in several years and vacancy dropping to its lowest level in nearly a decade. Net absorption during third quarter 2017 totaled more than 680,000 square feet, marking the strongest quarter in four years.

  • Colliers International Sells Two Tucson Apartment Assets Totaling 156 Units

    Phoenix, October 3, 2017 – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix sold Georgetown and Park Village apartment communities in Tucson for a combined total of $6,149,000. Jesse Hudson, Trevor Koskovich and Bill Hahn of Colliers negotiated the sales. The communities were sold to separate California-based investors.

  • Colliers International Sells Office Building Occupied by Arizona Dept. of Economic Security

    Phoenix, October 2, 2017 – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix sold a 38,238-square-foot office building at 8800 N. 22nd Ave., in Phoenix, which is fully occupied by the Arizona Dept. of Economic Security. Mindy Korth, Kirk Kuller and John Barnes of Colliers teamed with Greg Bamford of Bamford Southwest, Inc., to represent the seller, a private family trust. The buyer was Scottsdale Investment Management of Scottsdale.

  • Colliers International Sells Medical Office in The Presidio in Chandler

    Phoenix, October 2, 2017 – Sun State Cardiology purchased a 2,038-square-foot medical office for $394,258 in The Presidio at 1100 S. Dobson Road in Chandler. Philip Wurth, executive vice president with Colliers in Greater Phoenix represented the seller, SDBP III, LP, of Scottsdale. Sun State will relocate administrative offices to the new space.
