Mindy Korth, Kirk Kuller and John Barnes of Colliers teamed with Greg Bamford of Bamford Southwest, Inc., to represent the seller, a private family trust. The buyer was Scottsdale Investment Management of Scottsdale.

  • Colliers International Sells Medical Office in The Presidio in Chandler

    Phoenix, October 2, 2017 – Sun State Cardiology purchased a 2,038-square-foot medical office for $394,258 in The Presidio at 1100 S. Dobson Road in Chandler. Philip Wurth, executive vice president with Colliers in Greater Phoenix represented the seller, SDBP III, LP, of Scottsdale. Sun State will relocate administrative offices to the new space.
