In the early 1980s, Mr. Motegi started his career as a commercial interior designer in Santa Monica, later he became a project manager in Los Angeles.
In the late 1980s, Mr. Motegi started a Full Turn-key Project Management company in Los Angeles and served numerous Japanese corporate clients for their facility needs which also included commercial brokerage. He teamed up with some of the leading brokers in Los Angeles to find suitable facilities for his clients. That led him to enter the Commercial Real Estate industry as a broker. Knowing how offices are designed and built helps understand how the deal should be structured. Mr. Motegi is one of the few brokers with extensive knowledge and experience in design and construction of corporate offices.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Motegi acquired a variety of expertise that enhances his career as a commercial broker.
