Turner Real Estate Investments of Newport Beach has announced that perimeter walls have been raised on its Turner Crossing-Rancho project in Rancho Cucamonga, marking an important construction milestone on its 116,480-square-foot logistics center scheduled for completion Aug. 1.
Located in close proximity to Ontario International Airport on Fourth Street near Milliken Avenue, the state-of-the-art logistics project is being exclusively marketed for sale or lease by Colliers Senior Executive Vice President Clyde F. Stauff of the firm’s Irvine office and Ontario-based Senior Vice President Richard Schwartz.
Designed by HPA Architecture with a two-story glass elevation, the building features 32-foot minimum ceiling heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 18 dock-high loading doors, a 120-foot concrete truck court, high-efficiency LED lighting and white scrim foil ceilings. It also includes 7,000 square feet of deluxe office space.
In addition to Ontario International Airport, the structure features immediate access to San Bernardino (I-10), Pomona (SR-60) and the Ontario (I-15) freeways, and access to support retail amenities.
Turner Crossing-Rancho is available for either sale or lease and the project is ideally suited for an owner-occupant, Stauff noted.
