Gregory J. Pacelli, SIOR | Principal

Gregory J. Pacelli, director for the Colliers International | Chicago Land Advisory Group, has over 37 years of experience in all aspects of vacant land sales. In addition to this, Greg has also served as the Colliers Manager for Colliers Chicago, is a past Chairman of the Colliers USA Managers Steering Committee and past member of the Board of Directors of Colliers USA.


As the director of the Land Advisory Group, Greg manages a department with activity involving over 9,500 acres with a total value in excess of $725,000,000. In recent years, Greg has been involved in some of the largest land sales in the Chicago market. These transactions include the sale of 850 acres to Kimball Hill Homes for a master-planned residential development in Sugar Grove, Illinois and the sale of 258 acres to Duke Realty Corp. for a business park development in Aurora, Illinois.
William Mark Dolemba | Senior Vice President

With over 25 years of experience in the marketing and sale of land, Mark Dolemba serves as a key member of the Colliers | Chicago Land Advisory Team. Additionally, he is a founding member of Colliers International Land Advisory Group, which he chaired in 2008 and 2009. Mark has been involved in some of the largest, most significant land transactions in the Chicago market, which includes the sale of 850 acres to Kimball Hill Homes for a master-planned mixed-use residential development in Sugar Grove, Illinois, 602 acres in Barrington Hills and McHenry County, Illinois for conservation and equestrian use and the sale of 258 acres to Duke Realty Corp. for business park development in Aurora, Illinois. Complementing the market transition from exurban to inner suburban ring/urban core development, Mark recently closed three, high profile land transactions for mixed use/apartment development that are under construction. His current exclusive assignments range from a competitive bid process for a highly sought after 200+ acre residential/mixed use “infill” development opportunity to a 37,000 sf site for an 18 story apartment development in Chicago.

Joseph J. Dvorak, SIOR | Executive Vice President

Joseph J. Dvorak, SIOR, is an Executive Vice President with Colliers Chicago specializing in corporate consulting and brokerage services in respect to vacant land sales and site selection. During his 32-year career, he has represented hundreds of clients in sales transactions.

Anne R. Dempsey | Vice President

Anne Dempsey has over 13 years experience in all aspects of vacant land sales and consults with municipalities to determine areas of opportunity in comprehensive plans: local, state and national governmental incentives; entitlement and rezoning process and strategy; and property highest and best use.  Anne has recently become heavily involved in the disposition of FDIC and Bank Owned vacant land and/or redevelopment parcels and is also very active in the redevelopment and sale of existing car dealerships.
