The OREO department of US Bank appointed Colliers | Chicago Land Advisory Group as its exclusive agent to market and sell the mixed-use Ashcroft Walk Units 2 and 3, residential and commercial development that included single family zoned land, 210 townhome lots, seven townhome models and 3.5 acres of commercial/retail land. Additionally, a new middle school is in the center of the development and the high school is just minutes away. Ashcroft is approximately 12 to 15 minutes west of the major Route 59 retail corridor. 


Colliers prepared a complete electronic marketing program which included a detailed “offering memorandum” inclusive of property information, aerial photos, location maps, community information, demographic information and terms of sale and confidentiality agreement.


The Colliers team completed the sale of Ashcroft Walk Units 2 and 3 to a single buyer.
