Additionally, they were seeking a facility that offered “curb appeal” as occasionally clients visited their operation. Additionally, they wanted to stay in close proximity to their current facility to retain their current employees.

Knowing there were very few options within the required area to consider and there was no possibility of a renewal at their current facility a competitive landscape needed to be established as well.

After a thorough search only a limited amount of buildings were identified as potential options to consider and tour. The selected building was discovered due to our team going above and beyond the typical database search. We became aware of this building due to established relationships and literally riding the market to seek alternatives for Mitsubishi Materials U.S.A. to consider.
