1942 Airport Road
MREIC Disposition of 1942 Airport Road

Retained by Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (MREIC) to assist with the marketing and leasing of a Class A distribution facility located in Monroe, NC. Within 10 months a tenant was procured who leasing the facility for thirty six (36) month term. Within the second year the tenant purchased the building for long term occupancy.

Center Park Investment Sale

Colliers International started discussions with a Trust office at Wells Fargo’s private bank who had a client rolling out of an apartment sale and seeking to exchange close to $16MM in proceeds from that sale into additional commercial assets. Colliers was able to assist our client in placing all of the sales proceeds and diversifying their portfolio.

This 66,000 SF single tenant office building sat vacant for 4 years prior to being purchased by an investor in 2013.  Colliers was able to negotiate a 10 year NNN lease with Carolinas Healthcare for the entire building.

Charlotte Breweries

Colliers International was presented with the opportunity to assist three local/regional craft breweries open new facilities. Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (the first craft brewer in Charlotte), Triple C Brewing Company, and Sugar Creek Brewing Company.

225 Mooresville Blvd.

Colliers International Charlotte’s Don Moss and Grant Miller represented Toyo Seal America in the sale of 225 Mooresville Blvd. Mooresville, NC to Reger Holdings, LLC. The 51,200 square foot building was previously used by Toyo Seal as their North America Operation.

In January of 2013 Colliers International started discussions with one of our Owners regarding a potential vacancy starting in August of 2013. After discussions with the current tenant we surmised that highly unlikely to renew or they were going to renew only for a short time period. It should be noted that historically vacant buildings in this market sat empty for twelve to twenty-four months on average.
