The Alphaville office market received a large-scale property, the Evolution Corporate. Despite this increasing of inventory, the year ended with accumulated net absorption of 53,000sqm, the greatest result ever registered in this market.
The projection for 2015 is the delivery of 33,000 square meters with a similar absorption, which should generate a new decrease in the percentage available. Regarding the occupations accounted in the fourth quarter, it had the highest influence on the outcome of the year, in part, attributed to the leases of companies Cielo, Alelo and Cetip. Class B properties also presented good results in the quarter, with positive net absorption and availability rate dropping from 36% to 30%.
